The arrival of a long-awaited flight will be over. Now our runway is ready for a huge fleet at the international airport. The runway at Vijayawada Airport was increased from 2286 meters to 3360 meters. With the expansion of the runway, the green signal is going to be a bigger hike like the Boeing 747 and 777. With a capacity of up to 16 flights, the parking area was expanded.
On Tuesday, Central Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu launched a runway link with Delhi MPs along with AP MPs. Former Minister Kamini N Srinivas, Former Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju, K. Haribabu, Murali Mohan, Gokaraju Gangarajuand Air India Director Madhusudhana Rao participated in the program.
